Refresh and retry
Most hiccups clear with a refresh. If a page looks old, reload it once; if the app on your home screen looks old, close it and open it again, and it updates itself.
Watch now shows few services
Check the viewing country on the title page: the list follows the country you chose. A brand-new film often starts on rental only and spreads to subscription services over the following months, and saving it to My List keeps it handy for then.
My List looks empty
My List lives in the browser you saved it in. On another browser or device, use Export on the My List page and Import on the other one, and the list and your episode marks come across together.
